RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on www.swiftsell.media (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), operated by Swiftsell Media.

1. RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • With original packaging, tags, and invoice

  • Returns will only be accepted if a genuine reason is provided, such as:

    • Damaged or defective product

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Product significantly different from description

We reserve the right to accept or reject return requests after reviewing the reason and product condition.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the Website

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at: support@swiftsell.media

  • Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Product details

    • Reason for return (with images if applicable)

Once approved, we will guide you with the return process.

4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Return request is approved

  • Product is received and inspected successfully

  • Cancellation before order dispatch

5. REFUND MODE

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

6. REFUND TIMELINE

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval

  • It may take 7–15 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed (you may request a return instead)

8. IMPORTANT NOTE

Swiftsell Media reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns if the request is not genuine

  • Charge return shipping fees (if applicable)

  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
